This stage may include reviewing plans from a construction and buildability perspective, discussing selections and finishes, and working through budget considerations to support informed decision-making throughout the process. Our interior designer also works closely with clients during this stage, providing expert guidance through the selections process to help create a home that feels cohesive, reflects their lifestyle and gives them confidence in every decision. Many of our clients tell us this collaborative experience is one of the highlights of their building journey.

Where required, we can assist in coordinating with appropriately engaged consultants, including engineers, certifiers and other industry professionals, to help streamline the pre-construction phase.

We understand the importance of the finishing touches, and we work closely with our trades and suppliers to address final details and ensure the home is ready for move-in. During handover, clients are provided with relevant documentation, warranties, certificates, and information regarding the ongoing care and maintenance of their home.

Our relationship with clients does not simply end at handover. We remain available to assist with any questions or follow-up items as clients settle into their new home. We take great pride in delivering homes that families will enjoy for many years to come, and we value the long-term relationships built throughout the process.
